Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all accessories
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

Custom prescription lenses (unless manufacturing defect)
Products damaged due to misuse or accidents
Contact lenses that have been opened

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for size, color, or style changes, subject to stock availability. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

How to Initiate a Return
